Anote Tong, President of Kiribati, recently joined Ecotrust in Portland at a meeting of global resilience leaders. There, he made a passionate plea for developed nations of the world to live up to their moral responsibility to less fortunate nations that are confronting – in very real ways – the immediate effects of climate change.
